ITLegaro may supply physical items such as printed manuals or branded materials. Shipping terms, delivery periods, and handling charges will be specified at the time of purchase.
3. Refund & Reimbursement Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction. The following outlines eligibility and methods for reimbursement.
- Legal Services: A request for reimbursement must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the initial consultation. Approved requests will be processed by issuing reimbursement via the original payment channel or by bank transfer within 14 business days.
- Information Products: Digital products are eligible for reimbursement if download access has not been used. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Reimbursement will be issued to your original payment method.
- Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Once received and inspected, reimbursement will be processed by the payment channel or by crediting your account within 14 business days.
4. Service Rescheduling & Transfer
If you are unable to attend a scheduled legal service meeting, you may request rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. Subject to availability, ITLegaro will accommodate a new date. Transfers to another party are not permitted without prior written consent.
5. No-Reimbursement Services
Certain bespoke or expedited legal engagements, custom drafts, and one-off advisory sessions are non-reimbursable due to immediate allocation of expert resources. This policy ensures we can dedicate qualified personnel without delay.
